We do everything possible to offer a room to our guests as soon as they arrive.

Guests must normally check out of their rooms by 12 noon.
In certain cases it may be possible to extend this deadline.

The Best Western Hotel Genova has a luggage store room for the use of guests.
- At what time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 7.00 am to 10.00 am. During the same period room service is also available. After this time a bar service is available.
- Does the hotel have a car park?
The Best Western Hotel Genova has a car park at the front entrance. As this is of limited size spaces may not be reserved. The car park does not have an attendant. An area for loading or unloading is set aside at the front entrance to assist luggage transfers.

The Best Western Hotel Genova does not have an internal garage, but has concessionary use of a garage with attendant just a short distance away.
- What is the policy on cancellations?
The room may be cancelled by 12 noon on the day of arrival without any penalty charge being incurred. However, this excludes periods of trade fairs and high season, when the terms are 24 hours prior to arrival.

Reception will be more than happy to make photocopies, or send/receive faxes.
- Does the hotel have a laundry service?
The service offers collection and delivery within 12/24 hours, 7 days a week.

All the most common credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners.
- Are animals allowed?
Only smaller pets.
- Safety measures?
The Best Western Hotel Genova has recently been modernised using only fire-retardant materials as required by recent fire regulations. The rooms and communal areas are all fitted with fire sensors and fire doors.
