We do everything possible tooffer a room to our guests as soon as they arrive

Guests must normally check out of their rooms by 12.00 pm (noon).

In certain cases it may be possible to extend this deadline.

The Best Western Plus Hotel Genova has a luggage store room for the use of guests.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room from 7.00 am to 10.00 am. During the same period room service is also available. After this time a bar service is available.

The BW Plus Hotel Genova has a side car park near the front entrance. As this is of limited size spaces may not be reserved. The car park does not have an attendant. An area for loading or unloading is set aside at the front entrance to assist luggage transfers.

The BW Plus Hotel Genova does not have an internal garage, but has concessionary use of a garage with attendant just a short distance away.

The room may be cancelled by 12 noon on the day of arrival without any penalty charge being incurred. However, this excludes periods of trade fairs and high season, when the terms are 24 hours prior to arrival.

Reception will be more than happy to make photocopies, or send/receive faxes.

The service offers collection and delivery within 12/24 hours, every day Sunday excluded.

All the most common credit cards are accepted: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners.

Only small pets.

The Hotel Genova has recently been modernised using only fire-retardant materials as required by recent fire regulations. The rooms and communal areas are all fitted with fire sensors and fire doors.
